Context
A large enterprise with a high-volume, document-heavy intake process needed its classification and extraction stage assessed and agentified.
Approach
Started in Shadow Mode alongside the human team for four weeks to establish a concordance baseline, then advanced to Supervised Autonomy, human-approved actions, with a complete hash-chained audit trail per decision.
Outcome
Reduced manual review time per case at the agreed threshold. Specific figures are commercially sensitive and not cleared for publication; the architecture and autonomy progression are as described.

Compliance-layer integration

Context
A financial-services client required every agent action on regulated data to emit machine-readable compliance verdicts before committing.
Approach
Implemented a policy-as-code layer (OPA/Rego) with the four-verdict schema, writing to an append-only evidence store before each decision and enforcing fail-closed behaviour if the store was unavailable.
Outcome
The policy bundle was approved by the client's Compliance function before go-live and is versioned alongside the codebase. Process and institution withheld pending publication consent.

Capability transfer

Context
Following an agentification engagement, the client's technical team needed to own the systems in-house, aligned to their EU AI Act Art.4 deployment role.
Approach
A structured enablement programme: agent architecture fundamentals, evaluation-harness operation and OWASP-ASI-aligned security-pattern literacy, closing with a supervised capstone.
Outcome
Graduates built and evaluated a governed agent under supervision. Named client withheld; programme structure and outcomes available under NDA.

A note on proof

Vesster launched in 2026. Named client work is in progress; the case material above is anonymised with client consent. As a regulated vendor we often cannot publish client numbers or logos, so our front-line proof is the verifiable heritage, certifications and frameworks above, and the metrics we commit to measure. We hold our own claims to the same standard: every differential must be expressible as a number a client can audit.
